The makers story

Christian Roche is the 5th generation of his family to take on the vines at l'Ancienne Cure, having taken over in 1984. He soon realised the best way to preserve his vines and continue to produce high quality wine was to convert the winery to organic production. He is now producing excellent quality wines under 9 appellations around Bergerac, and is often cited as one of the region's finest producers.
