The makers story

For 300 years the Bayou wet lands of southern Louisiana have been sugar cane country-Rum country. At the Bayou distillary we hand craft our rum in small copper pot stills from a unique blend of local molasses and raw can sugar. The result is a range of premium rums from louisiana with exterordinary smoothness and character.
