Through distillation two products were created; the 'Heart Cut' that is used to create the finest Yorkshire gin and the 'Head Cut' that is used to make Wolfe Bros premium Limoncello. We distill the Head Cut a second time in our Copper Pot Still with Lisbon Lemonsin the vapour chamber to extract more citrus flavours. Once distilled, the spirit is rested with more lemon zests for natural colour.

The makers story

Born at the start of lockdown, with bars shut and little else to do, a group of like-minded hospitality veterans got together to do something they'd wanted to do for years. Make a cracking Yorkshire Gin.
