Antique pink color, elegant and delicate, with precious blush reflections. On the nose notes of rose, fresh berries and strawberries combined with hints of peach and red apple. Good structure, balanced and savoury, on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious. Ideal as an aperitif, superb paired with fish carpaccio, but also shellfish. Vegetable couscous and Mediterranean risotto.
