Nordes is a Galician gin inspired by the eponymous fresh northerly Atlantic wind. Made using pomace from Albarino grapes, the botanicals include juniper, ginger, hibiscus and liquorice, resulting in a unique and intriguing gin.

The makers story

Created by a chef and a sommellier in Galicia, to capture the flavours & botanicals of the region, and the culture. The white bottle with blue decor pays homage to the famous white crockery from the region whilst the name means North Wind which signals the arrival of warm weather off of The Atantic for the season.
