Clementine Pinot Gris is a funky little gris fermented like pinot noir. In the amber/natural wines spectrum, Clementine is grown high up in the cool mountains of the Central Ranges, unfined & unfiltered, Clementine is a pretty, bright & complex pinot gris fermented on-skins by wild yeast. A lovely sunset orange colour with red apple, wild strawberry, stonefruits, florals, spice, tang & silky texture.

The makers story

Pete Logan produces elegant wines from high up in the Central Ranges of Australia. Grapes range from 560 to 1000m above sea level in the Orange & Mudgee regions. The wines are perfumed & pretty with depth & sense of place. The Clementine range, named after Peter's daughter, is fittingly free flowing & a little untamed, funky & expressive. Whites fermented on skins. Whole bunch fermented chilled reds. Unfined, unfiltered, wild yeast, vegan.
