The makers story

Jean Pabiot and son Alain are the proud guardians of a winemaking tradition stretching back 6 generations. Their sizeable domaine comprises an enviable portfolio of chalky Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume. Wines from the latter perfectly express the appellation's classic smoky, minerally character. The grassy nuances and soft asparagus notes of this latest vintage leave nothing to be desired.
