The Dove on the label originally comes from a famous drawing from the Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty. The unique Chinese aesthetics of the label design shows warmth and elegance, reflecting perfectly the style of the wine. It is a blend of one of Ningxia's most planted white grape, Italian Riesling, and Ugni Blanc mostly. Very fresh with a pleasant acidity, it shows intense white and yellow fruits and flowers aromas such as Jasmine and lime.
