After ten years on the frontline of the bar industry running and opening venues in Edinburgh and London, Stu Bale found himself as head bartender at seminal London bar, 69 Colebrooke Row. The first lockdown saw a huge amount of people making cocktails at home and a consequent demand for a product that conveniently solved the problem of consistency, balance and cost. EasyMixtTM came about as a solution to that problem.
