Louis Latour Macon Lugny Les Genevrieres, Burgundy – A pale colour disguises a nose of exotic fruit evolving in to flavours of papaya and pineapple on the perfectly balanced intensely flavoured palate. ABV 13%.
Long White Cloud Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough – With crisp citrus flavours alongside riper stone fruit flavours, this is a deliciously fresh and well balanced Sauvignon Blanc. ABV 12%.
Champagne Castelnau Brut NV, France – Aged for a minimum five years in the cellars, to taste this Brut champagne is to appreciate refined bright Chardonnay character, around a core of ripe yellow-stone fruits, and the fleshy full-flavour of Pinot Noir. ABV 12.5%.
Chateau Beauchene Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Rhone Valley – You can't have Christmas without Chateauneuf-du-Pape! A flagship wine with a firm structure and full, rich flavours and harmonious tannins. ABV 14%.
Chateau Cissac Cru Bourgeois Haut Medoc, Bordeaux – A lovely, family-owned property, making wine from 75% Cabernet Sauvignon which imparts a structure of spicy red fruit with nuances of leather, earth and wood. Medium bodied with generous length. ABV 13%.
Bulas Ruby Port, Douro Valley – Aged in oak barrels for an average of 3 years, and bottled when ready to drink. It shows exuberant fruit flavours and a deep ruby colour, making it perfect for informal drinking. ABV 19.5%.
