At the very top of Haut Barsac, bordered by Cru Classes, Doisy Daene is located on the clay-limestone plateau. Bright and vivid with lots of crushed-grape and sliced apple charater. Crisp finish.

The makers story

A Doisy wine was first mentoned in the 'Topography of all Known Vineyards' in 1832. Doisy growth was included amongst the twenty first classified Bordeaux whire wines of which there are five. In the early 1950's the Doisy Daene Grand Cru Vin Sec was created. The fourth generatiion are now in head of this outstanding vineyard opertion.
