The makers story
Chateau Brown is a Bordeaux wine producer located in Pessac-Leognan. Evidence of vine cultivation at the estate dates to the 12th century, but it wasn't until the 18th century that Chateau Brown was established by Scottish wine trader John Lewis Brown. After multiple changes in ownership, the estate was purchased in 2004 by its current owners, the Mau family.
