The makers story
The character of a vineyard results as much from the history of its terroir as the personality of the winemakers who fashioned it. Anchored on their terroir, generations of winemakers in the Bernard Family have always known that it was necessary to spare the vines for them to have a long life. Some plots of the family date back to 1901 just after the phylloxera crisis.
