An Italian classic cocktail. Campari's deep red colour and reknowned bitterness married with the fruity sweetness of red vermouth and the distinctive tang of gin. Finished with a smooth wormwood and bitter sweet taste. Simply pour 75ml into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a slice of orange.

The makers story

Dating back to Florence in 1919, the Negroni cocktail was said to have been created by Fosco Scarslelli in his bar, Cafe Casoni, after the reknowned Count Camillo Negroni asked for his favourite drink, the Americano, to be strengthened with gin following a recent trip to England. The bartender complied, but added an orange slice, rather than the tradtional lemon twist, and the Negroni was born.
