The Best Drinks for Spring

Posted by Tamsin on 1st Apr 2025

Spring is finally here! The days are getting longer, the sun is shining brighter, and it’s time to swap out those heavy winter drinks for something a little lighter, fresher, and more vibrant. Whether you're planning a garden party, a picnic in the park, or just a relaxing evening on the patio, we’ve rounded up the best drinks to sip this season.

Agnes Arber Rhubarb Gin

Agnes Arber Rhubarb Gin is the ultimate spring-time spirit. This delightful gin combines the tartness of rhubarb with a medley of botanical flavours, creating a perfectly balanced drink that is both refreshing and aromatic. It pairs wonderfully with tonic water or even a splash of ginger ale. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of orange for a drink that tastes as good as it looks.

Marlish Sparkling Elderflower Water

Delicately infused with elderflower and naturally sugar-free, this sparkling water is perfect on its own or as a mixer. It’s a great alternative if you're looking for something refreshing without the alcohol. Perfect Pairing: Add a splash to white wine for a light spritzer or mix with gin for a fragrant twist on a classic G&T.

Jubel Craft Lager Cut with Peach

If you're a beer lover looking for something a little different this season, Jubel Craft Lager Cut with Peach is the perfect pick. This smooth, refreshing lager is infused with juicy peach, making it a light and easy-drinking option for sunny afternoons. It’s low in bitterness, naturally gluten-free, and incredibly sessionable. Best Enjoyed: Ice cold straight from the can or poured into a frosted glass with a wedge of lime.

Balauri Rosé

No picnic is complete without a rosé! With notes of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of citrus, this crisp and fruity Romanian rosé is ideal for sipping in the sunshine. It pairs beautifully with light salads, grilled seafood, and charcuterie boards—making it a top pick for garden gatherings and alfresco dining.

Bericanto Pinot Noir

If you're not quite ready to let go of red wine, Bericanto Pinot Noir is the ideal transition wine for spring. This elegant, light-bodied Pinot Noir is bursting with red berry flavours, delicate floral notes, and a smooth finish. It’s perfect for those slightly cooler spring evenings when you still want something comforting but not too heavy. Food Pairing: Enjoy with grilled vegetables, roasted chicken, or a cheese platter with creamy Brie.
