Mozart Pumpkin Spice Liqueur

This product is a creamy, light orange chocolate pumpkin spice liqueur, that boasts a balanced symphony of milk chocolate, caramel, natural pumpkin juice, cinnamon, clove, and a hint of vanilla. This liqueur is perfect for crafting autumnal cocktails or enjoying in a boozy hot chocolate. 

Augustiner Helles Lager

Augustiner is a fundamental piece of Oktoberfest for good reason. This Helles lager is lean, balanced, smooth yet crisp, with a floral hop scent. 

Bulas Ruby Port

Embrace autumn by sitting by the fire with a glass of fruity, rich port. We recommend this wine, which presents red fruit aromas, flavours of raspberry and cherry and a long intense finish. 

Maestro Primitivo, Puglia

As the night creeps in earlier and earlier, this lush red from sun-soaked Puglia is sure to warm your cockles. With notes of fruit compote, dark chocolate and sweet spices, it's perfect to sip alongside a hearty stew.

And for the home cocktail afficionados, we've created the perfect cocktail for the festive season.

The Maple Cherry Fizz blends together the sweetness of Old J Cherry, the richness of maple syrup and the crisp fizz of ginger beer, to form an effervescent cocktail that unifies the sweetness, spice and tart of autumn, perfect for sipping as the leaves turn brown. 

Ingredients:

•  50ml Old J Cherry Spiced Rum
•  15ml Monin Maple Spice Syrup
•  15ml Lime Juice
•  Ginger Beer
•  2 Dashes of Cherry bitters
•  2 Maraschino Cherries

Method:

1. Muddle a maraschino cherry into a shaker

2. Add Old J Cherry rum, Monin Maple syrup, lime juice and ice

3. Shake well to chill and mix

4. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice

5. Top with ginger beer

6. Garnish with cherry bitters and another maraschino cherry
