Black Bush is aged for a minimum of 8 years in ex-oloroso sherry casks, sourced from the Antonio Paez bodega in Jerez, Spain. The Old Bushmills Distillery have been sourcing the finest sherry casks from the Antonio Paez family for over 40 years.
